You will have lifetime access to all the online course material. Instructions on how to access the online material will be sent to you via the email address you registered with. The Program includes 15 lessons spread over 8 weeks, with step-by-step instructions for exercises to complete with each lesson. Each exercise also provides guidance on how to approach and answer the exercises to obtain the most useful and insightful answers, complete with real life examples.
NRCA members may also access a private forum, where you can post your answers to the exercises and network with other participants. Note that the forum is a place for participants to connect with and communicate with each other. Participation in the forum is completely voluntary. People interviewed include Bo Eason, former NFL football player turned Broadway playwright; Jon Salyards, the only Westerner to get hired by a Japanese Trust Bank (and then parlay that into financial independence); and Heather Czechowski, an engineer who overcame her fear of public speaking to become a teacher. As a bonus, NRCA members will also receive access to 10 case studies of former graduates of the No Regrets Career Academy, detailing their a-ha moments and how they overcame their obstacles to finding their dream career.
In addition, NRCA members will have access to a Coaching Library, including more than 20 videos addressing common problems and obstacles faced by career changers. The Coaching Library also includes recorded interviews and webinars with various experts, such as Pam Slim on ideal personality types for entrepreneurs; Gretchen Rubin on finding career happiness; Tyler Tervooren on overcoming your fears; and many more!
